今天是冬至，媽媽說(shuō)要吃餃子，冬至吃餃子是我家鄉(xiāng)的風(fēng)俗，早上吃過(guò)飯媽媽和我就去超市買包餃子用的材料。有雞蛋和韭菜，買完菜回到家媽媽就沒(méi)閑著，就開(kāi)始剁餡，然后我就學(xué)媽媽以前的樣子，開(kāi)始和面。因?yàn)槭堑谝淮魏兔?，首先我把一碗面倒到盆里，澆上溫開(kāi)水就開(kāi)始和起面來(lái)，看起來(lái)有模有樣的.，可是完全不像想象的那么簡(jiǎn)單，不是水少了，面太干了，就是水倒多了，和的面就變稀了，反復(fù)了好多次才把面和好，但是和的面卻太多了，恐怕我們一中午都吃不完，這時(shí)，媽媽的餃子餡也剁好了，我們就忙活起來(lái)，開(kāi)始包餃子了。
餃子在媽媽的教導(dǎo)下，似像似不像的都包好了，最后終于吃上了，我自己包的餃子。
